How sessions works
Beginning therapy can feel like a big step. This section offers a simple overview of how sessions are structured and what you can expect.
Getting Started

What Sessions are Like
Sessions are typically 50 minutes and offer space for open conversation and reflection. Therapy moves at a pace that feels right for you — some people come for focused support over a shorter period, while others engage in longer‑term work.
